Tuesday's at Collingwood regularly involve a three-hour rotation covering off a number of aspects vital to being a professional footballer.

The group splits into three. One third hits the gym. Another takes over the massage tables and ice baths for treatment and recovery. The final third teams up with respective coaches for game education and a short, sharp skills session.

Things were no different on Tuesday as the Magpies took their program to Somerset College on the Gold Coast.

Inside the impressive facilities, the playing group lifted, learned and sharpened their skills in three one-hour rotations.

You can all the photos from the session in the gallery below.

Aim of the game? To keep the ball off the ground, via handballing, for as long as possible. Clearly a skill of Lynden Dunn's.
